Lentils – and legumes in general – are a polarising food.

I’m loyal to the Lentil.

I like the taste and think my body appreciates them too, at least in moderation.

They are earthy and make me feel like a low-on-the-food-chain sorceress every time I cook with them.  That means something to me in this era of i-phones and food delivery services.

I love Thai food – full stop.

By now, I love some of it so much I doubt I can live without it, even after my days as a “non-immigrant resident” are over, and I’m (presumably) back in the Western world doing … Hmmm – better not to get ahead of myself — No idea yet what that will be.  With the exception, however, that I will be cooking certain Thai dishes with some regularity.
